 As an enhancement to our world-class ECM solutions, our technical support team is here to handle your software questions with the highest level of attention and expertise.

Our industry leading support portal provides you access to trouble ticket creation, software downloads, product documentation and a comprehensive knowledgebase. When you become a KnowledgeLake customer, you will receive a support portal login for the technical resource within your organization responsible for supporting your KnowledgeLake solution. Additional logins may be created upon request from the support portal. The support team is available to serve you Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (excluding published holidays).
