Bank of Choice

Bank of Choice, a community bank with branches throughout Colorado, had paper-based loan approval processes that were slow and inefficient. So the bank deployed KnowledgeLake products and Microsoft SharePoint to scan, index, and store loan documents. Now loan officers and other bank executives—including employees in remote branches—have quick access to documents on a secure intranet. Seattle Financial Group

Seattle Financial Group (SFG) offers retail banking, mortgage, escrow, and real estate services. SFG deployed KnowledgeLake products with an existing SharePoint system for its Human Resources department and in its Seattle Escrow business unit so that huge volumes of paper documents could be scanned and indexed with meta-data tags.
